Policies
Bookings - All treatments a performed in individual treatment rooms and require a credit card number at the time of booking.
Product Holds / Special Orders - We are happy to hold a product for one week. After that time, it will be returned to inventory, unless paid for in advance. Product requests, that aren’t normally carried in our boutique, will also require pre-payment.
Return Policy - Product Returns are given as Store Credit. All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt within 7 days of purchase, and must be unopened and in the original packaging.
