We are a full service spa located in beautiful Mattick's Farm. Our staff of friendly and licensed Estheticians cover all your spa needs. Our treatments include facials for all skin types, pedicures, manicures, gel nails, waxing, lash and brow services, massage, body treatments and SharpLight Laser Treatments for hair reduction, body sculpting, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation and vascular concerns.

Pure Day Spa Policies

Group Bookings - we will require a credit card number for bookings of two or more clients, treatment packages and side-by-side pedicures.

Product Holds / Special Orders - We are happy to hold a product for one week. After that time, it will be returned to inventory, unless paid for in advance. Product requests, that aren’t normally carried in our boutique, will also require pre-payment.

Return Policy - Refunds or exchanges on all products must be accompanied with the original receipt within two weeks (14 days) of purchase, and must be unopened and in the original packaging. Glo Skin Beauty makeup products cannot be exchanged. Please use testers provided to ensure colour choice, prior to purchase.

Spa Etiquette

Please turn cell phones off or on vibrate when entering our Spa Zone.
We love your children but in consideration of others we ask that you enjoy your treatment without them.
Gift Certificates are available for all services and dollar amounts except for specials and are non refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to Pure Day Spa, and they are reserved especially for you. Please notify us 24 hours (48 hours for group bookings) in advance, if you must change, cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Clients who miss their appointments will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
