We're happy to announce that we have reopened our doors as of
June 1st to welcome you back to the spa! WorkSafe BC has approved us as safe to re-open.
We're working hard to clean and follow all recommended health protocols to ensure your spa visit is safe and relaxing. We are sanitizing all rooms and equipment before, during, and after each appointment in compliance BC Health Authority and Work Safe BC guidelines.
Please familiarize yourself with our new safety protocols so that when you arrive for your appointment you are prepared.
-Appointment Confirmation will be 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment where you will be asked a few Covid related questions. On your arrival all guests will complete a Covid Intake Form. Reception is following spa and WorkSafe protocol so please be patient.
-Check-In at our main courtyard entrance and Check-Out through our upstairs door. Exceptions are only for those with mobility issues.
-Please wear a mask on arrival.Disposable or home made masks are fine, if you don't have one please let us know and we will provide one for you.We understand those with breathing issues or hearing impairments may have difficulties with this so please speak to us if this is a concern.
-Arrive 5 minutes early.This is important to allow time to fill out a Covid Intake form and visit our hand washing station. We no longer have a waiting room so please arrive alone, no more than 5 minutes early and PLEASE be on time. We have extra time for cleaning and we can not run late.
-When you arrive for your appointment.Knock on the main door (located off the court yard) and wait for a receptionist to wave you in.We are allowing 1 person to enter the spa at a time, social distancing outside our door if necessary.
-We've staggered our appointments and reorganized our space in order tominimize contact between guests and allow for 6 feet of social distancing until you enter your private sterilized treatment room.Your treatment provider will guide you on how to proceed.
-Retail Products and curbside pick up.Please call ahead if you are needing product, payment can be made over the phone. If you are unable to pick up delivery is still available upon request.
-Recent travelers. If you have recently returned from travelling please follow the provincial guidelines of self-isolation for 14 days before your spa visit to ensure the safety of our staff and other guests.If you are awaiting test results please wait to visit the spa until after your results.
-Payment.We have added TAP to our POS system for quicker check out and can email you a receipt. Check with your Visa or Mastercard provider for your TAP limit. We are also accepting cash.
-What we will look like. Estheticians have been fitted with PPE (personal protective equipment) for your safety and theirs.We will all be wearing masks, gloves and may have on a face shield or eye protection depending on the service.
- Hand sanitizer is throughout the spa for your use. We use PreEmpt Spa Disinfectant Solutions made for professional environments.
-If you feel sick please stay home.If you aren't feeling well do not come into the spa. Even if it's just a cold, we need to keep the spa germ free as best we can. Stay home, rest and we will reschedule your appointment with no cancellation fee.
