Policies
Group Bookings - we will require a credit card number for bookings of two or more clients and treatment packages. Product Holds / Special Orders - We are happy to hold a product for one week. After that time, it will be returned to inventory, unless paid for in advance. Product requests, that aren’t normally carried in our boutique, will also require pre-payment. Return Policy - Refunds or exchanges on all products must be accompanied with the original receipt within two weeks (14 days) of purchase, and must be unopened and in the original packaging. Glo Skin Beauty makeup products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please use testers provided to ensure colour choice, prior to purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
