Bookings – All treatments a performed in individual treatment rooms and require a credit card number at the time of booking.
Product Holds / Special Orders – We are happy to hold a product for one week. After that time, it will be returned to inventory, unless paid for in advance. Product requests, that aren’t normally carried in our boutique, will also require pre-payment.
Return Policy – Product Returns are given as Store Credit. All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt within 7 days of purchase, and must be unopened and in the original packaging.

- Please turn cell phones off or on vibrate when entering our Spa Zone.
- We love your children but in consideration of others we ask that you enjoy your treatment without them.
- Gift Certificates are available for all services and dollar amounts except for features and are non refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to Pure Day Spa, and they are reserved especially for you. Please notify us 48 hours in advance, if you must change, cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, will be charged in full for the scheduled treatment cost. Clients who miss their appointments will be charged in full for the scheduled treatment.
Massage Policy
✅ Arrival: Please arrive with a clean body. It is recommended to shower before your massage as you should wait 3 to 4 hours after the massage before bathing.
✅Feet: Your feet must be completely clean and healthy. Otherwise, the massage may not include this area.
✅Attire: Wear comfortable clothing to your appointment. You should remain in lower underwear or wear a bikini/swimsuit during the massage. Our massage oils are mineral and organic, 100% washable.
✅Jewelry: Avoid wearing large jewelry such as watches, rings, bracelets, and chains. Please remove them before your massage.
✅Punctuality: Please be punctual. Any delay will be deducted from your total massage time to respect the next client’s appointment.
✅Payment: Payments can be made in cash or by card.
✅Cell Phones: Please turn off or silence your cell phone.
